    The company develops in several major markets. We acquire, develop and manage apartments and condominiums complexes for our own account and joint venture properties with third party clients. Development projects include the rehabilitation of multifamily properties in seasoned residential communities and historic preservation of projects. The acquisition and development of these apartments and condominiums in phase one sole purpose is to upgrading these properties to class A condominiums while in the rental stage. Phase two is preparing the individual condominiums units for sale to the general public. At all times our management company and development division personal staff are supervising and preparing for the sale of the condominium units.
