JsResources Group of Companies founder John B Sender Sr. has been in the investment business since 1961 and created JsResources, Inc. in 1988. JsResources Group of Companies investment projects include oil and gas income and exploration, equipment leasing, prints and ads programs with major movie studios and many more, including a main focus on real estate investment programs. Prior to that John B Sender Sr spent the majority of time creating and developing real estate programs with leading national builders focused primarily on developing apartment and condominium complexes. Real Estate development also included shopping centers, commercial office building, retail centers, movie theaters and high end residential homes.
Since 2005 JsResources Group of Companies, through its branch company Building Portfolio Investments, has been purchasing apartment and condominium complexes in Texas. These properties and our management offices are located in San Antonio and Dallas Texas.
