John B. Sender Sr.

John B. Sender Sr., age 66, served as Vice President of Franklin Resources from 1972 to 1978, and was a director of Franklin Service Corp. Mr. Sender joined Birr, Wilson & Co., Inc. in 1978 as head of its Financial Services Department. He was Senior Vice President and Director of Birr, Wilson & Co., and also served as Director and Executive Vice President of BWC Inc., a Corp., a real estate subsidiary of Birr, Wilson & Co., Inc., and Director and President of First Management Corp., the Birr, Wilson money market fund subsidiary. From December 1982 Mr. Sender was Chairman of the Board of Directors of FS Capital Group, a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. Mr. Sender also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of FS Properties, Inc., the wholly owned real estate subsidiary of the investment banking firm of FS Capital Group, a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. Mr. Sender also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of FS Capital Group. Mr. Sender resigned his positions with FS Properties and FS Capital Group in January of 1988. Under Mr. Sender’s direction FS Capital Group and FS Properties, Inc. served as the dealer manager and co-general partner of over 30 limited partnerships in which investors contributed over $70,000,000. These partnerships constructed over 7,000 residential apartment units.

Mr. Sender is the President of JS Capital Group, a Colorado corporation, which was a partner of JS Bay Center Associates, A California Limited Partnership. JS Bay Center Associates, A California Limited Partnership was formed to construct, own, and operate a project consisting of three office buildings containing approximately 315,563 rentable square feet in the aggregate located in Emeryville, California.

Mr. Sender is also the Chairman and CEO of JsResources Group of Companies, a Colorado corporation. JS Resources, Inc. was a partner of Christie Avenue Partners – JS, a California Limited Partnership. Christie Avenue Partners – JS, a California Limited Partnership was formed to construct, own and operate an eight story office building containing approximately 106,400 square feet, a 55,000 square foot public market and retail space combined with 12,852 square feet of restaurant space, 47,992 square feet of retail space and a 40,000 square foot 10-screen 3,300 seat movie theater along with parking for approximately 1,100 cares located in Emeryville, California. JS Resources, Inc. is also a partner of Bay Center Apartments – JS, a California Limited Partnership which was formed construct, own and operates a 424-unit multifamily apartment project, which was converted to 424 condominiums, located in Emeryville, California.

Mr. Sender is also Chief Executive and Operating Officer of Building Portfolio Investments, LLC, a property management company, managing real estate income properties, specializing in apartment and condominium complexes.

Mr. Sender is also Chief Executive and Operating Officer of Building Portfolio Investments IV, LLC, of which the company purchased a apartment complex know as Mulberry Terrace in San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Sender is also the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Acquisitions and Development for Building Portfolio Investments V, LLC of which the company acquired a large condominium property in Dallas Texas.

Mr. Sender is also the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Acquisitions and Development for Building Portfolio Investments Dallas, of which the company acquired a large condominium property in Dallas Texas.

Mr.Sender is also the Chief Executive officer of JsResources Property Management, LLC which manages all acquisitions in Dallas Texas.

John B. Sender Jr.

John B. Sender Jr., age 40, in 1992 developed and was a co-owner of California Pasta Productions, a wholesale pasta company; and in 1994 expanded the company by designing and building a full service restaurant.

In 1996 to 2010 Mr. Sender joined the worldwide firm of Oracle as technology and application sales manager, working with fortune 500 companies with annual sales of $500 million and above for the Southern California region.

Mr. Sender founded Oration Software, LLC in 2000 to present. He is their Chief Executive and Operation Officer.

In 2003, Mr. Sender started acquiring residential properties in the Hancock community in the Los Angeles area. Each residential property required complete rehabilitation entailing extensive dealings with the city and county planning departments. In 2004 Mr. Sender expanded into acquiring, rehabilitating and selling retail and residential projects.

Since 2007, Mr. Sender has served as a consultant to JsResources Group of Companies and Building Portfolio Investments. In 2008 Mr. Sender became Chief Operating Officer, Director of Acquisition and Development and Executive Director of Property Management for Building Portfolio Investments.

In 2009, Mr. Sender became President and Chief Operating Officer for JsResources Group of Companies.

Mr. Sender is also the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Acquisition and Development and Executive Director of Property Management for Building Portfolio Investments V, LLC, Building Portfolio Investments VI, LLC and Building Portfolio Investments VII, LLC. 

Mr.Sender is also the President and Chief Operating Officer of JsResources Property Management, LLC which manages all acquisitions in Dallas Texas.

Marlis A. Marolt-Sender

Marlis A. Marolt-Sender, MA, age 48, was cofounder and director of The Health Care Institute, in Glenwood Springs, Colorado from 1984 to 1987. The Health Care Institute was a holistic health care center, which employed practitioners from both alternative and traditional medical and healing modalities. In 1988 and 1989 Ms. Marolt-Sender was engaged as a Marriage, Family and Child counselor (MFCC) at the Center for Transpersonal and Holistic Counseling in Oakland, California. From 1990 to 1992 Ms. Marolt-Sender was employed at the Contra Costa Alternative School in Orinda, California as an MFCC and a developer of both school and community programs and school procedures. From 1992 to the present day Ms. Marolt-Sender has worked with clients in private practice as a transpersonal psychotherapist and currently is a Ph.D. candidate working on her doctoral dissertation at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, California.

From 1992 to the present day Ms. Marolt-Sender is Senior Vice-President and Director of JS Resources Inc. a Colorado corporation, which is involved in the acquisition, development and management of real estate income properties. From 1993 to the present Ms. Marolt-Sender is President and Operating Officer of Inner Resources Fitness Group, L.P. a California Limited Partnership, which acquired, developed and operated a group of holistic health clubs.

Ms. Marolt-Sender is the Executive Vice President, Director of Administration of Building Portfolio Investments, LLC, a property management company, managing real estate income properties, specializing in apartment complexes.

Ms. Marolt-Sender is also Executive Vice President, Director of Administration of Building Portfolio Investments IV, LLC, Building Portfolio Investments V, LLC, Building Portfolio Investments VI, LLC and Building Portfolio Investments VII, LLC.

William H. Sender

William H. Sender, age 34, has been actively involved in the Hollywood film industry since the late 90’s in the specialization of Set Design, Set Dresser and working as a Gang Boss, a person who maintains the set per requirements based on the environment used for filming a sequence and to reset decorations and set design to accommodate camera, grip and lighting setups. The position of Gang Boss also includes heading a crew of individuals handling jobs from electrical to carpentry and other tasks that the film sequence required.

Mr. Sender has been associated with commercial film studios including 20th Century Fox, Touchstone Pictures, Paramount Pictures, New Line Cinema and others. His credits in full feature films are Crossing Over with Harrison ford, Seventeen with Zac Effron, Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons with Brad Pitt and Cate blanchette, Georgia Rule with Jane Fonda and Lindsay Lohann, Wedding Crashers with Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson, Hidalgo with Vigo Mortinson, Mr. 2000 with Bernie Mac, Cellular with Kim Bassinger and Chasing Papi with Roselyn Sanchez, Sofia Verqara, Jaci Velasquez and Eduardo Verastequi.

Mr. Sender is the Director of JsResources Property Management for all Building Portfolio Investments in Texas and lives with his family in Dallas, Texas.  Mr. Sender will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the complex, community development, security of the property, collection of rents, and dealing with evictions if need be. He will also be overseeing all renovations on the building complex and individual units, including electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, landscape maintenance and other improvements that are needed to create outstanding curb appeal in the neighborhood.

Daniel P. Sender

Daniel P. Sender, age 37, is Senior Vice President of JS Resources Group of Companies, Commercial Division.  Mr. Sender brings a wealth of commercial real estate knowledge and is active in all phases of the investment process including equity capital raising, mortgage origination and structuring, joint venture structuring, leasing and disposition. 

Mr. Sender began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, specializing in single family and multi-family distressed properties and is currently an active member on the National Association of Realtors.

Prior to Coldwell Banker, Mr. Sender was a Corporate Account Executive with PGI, a global communications company, where he was responsible for account acquisition in Northern California, Oregon and Washington.  While at PGI, he obtained the highest honors as being selected for the Chairman’s Club.
